ImpactCare Foundation is a people-driven, purpose-built nonprofit organization committed to transforming lives at the grassroots level. Founded on the belief that every human being — regardless of geography, gender, or circumstance — deserves access to health, food, education, and opportunity, we work tirelessly in underserved communities to bridge the gap between need and access.
Our Mission: To deliver compassionate, community-centered solutions in healthcare, education, nutrition, and women’s empowerment — creating self-sustaining communities where every individual can thrive.
Our Vision: A world where no child goes to bed hungry, no family is denied medical care, no girl is denied an education, and no woman is denied her voice.

Co-Founder
Dr. Joshua Emmanuel
Dr. Joshua Emmanuel, earlier known as Nisar Ahmed, came from a Muslim family and endured a painful childhood. He lost his father at eight, faced poverty, and suffered sexual and emotional abuse. Growing up amidst struggle, he experienced what it means to be unprotected, unseen, and unheard.
Later, when he surrendered his life to Christ, he discovered healing and a passion to protect children who live the pain he once carried.
